service for wholesale customers of Carbonneau's Shoe.
If you would like to become a
Carbonneau Wholesale Customer
and Purchase Products by Elegance for resale
you must agree to the following terms.
Carbonneau’s line of credit with the bank is based
on current receivables.
If our receivable extend past 60 days we are in default.
In order to comply with our bank terms it is necessary
that our customers comply with our payment terms. When
we extend NET 30 terms to our customers, we expect our
customers to pay us by the 30 days extended.
TERMS:
**As of January 1, 2002, any balance that is over 60 days
or more will incur
a 1 1/2% finance charge on all overdue amounts.
1. Carbonneau’s will furnish an invoice with
each shipment and a monthly statement which is mailed
between the 25th and 30th of each month.
2. It is the responsibility of your company to pay
all invoices within 40 days.
3. If invoices are not paid within 50 days, our computer
will not allow us to ship
out any orders until they are paid. We reserve the right
to ship your order COD for the open balance on your account.
4. If invoices are left unpaid for more than 55 days
the computer will revert your account from open to a COD
account. Carbonneau’s is not responsible for contacting
customers of this change.
5. Carbonneau’s is not required to call customers
who have orders being held
due to late payments. It is the responsibility of your
company to pay
all past due invoices before shipments are sent.
6. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $15.00.
Two or more checks
returned will require your company to pay COD by Money
Order only.
POLICY:
7. All prices in our brochure are subject to change
without notice.
8. In the event an order is refused, the customer
will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
9. It is your responsibility to check ALL shoes upon
receipt for defects, mismates, fabric & size. Dyed
shoes cannot be returned. Shoes that are returned for
exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all
shipping charges.
10. Bridal Accessories, Jewelry, Tiara’s & Gloves
are not returnable, unless defective. You must notify us
within three days of receipt of order for return authorization.
