| U.S. Orders
Elegance by Carbonneau sells to bridal stores and boutiques
across the U.S.. New accounts need to place a $50
opening order to open an account with Elegance
By Carbonneau. No minimum reorder amount is required. However
there is a $4 service charge for orders placed under $50
(US customers).
Payment
First orders need to be paid by credit card by telephone
and card to be kept on file.. After the first order
or with extensive credit references you may apply for open
terms. After your first order you may order as little as
you would like, however there is a $4 service charge for
orders under $50 (US customers).
Shipping
We use UPS for shipping all U.S. Orders.
Most orders ship within 3 business days, however very often
they will be shipped the next business day, generally expect
4 to 10 business days for regular delivery. If you require
a rush order, please indicate so we may assist you in receiving
the order by your desired date. We will expedite any order
with UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 DAY Select upon
request if at all possible, extra fees of course apply for
Rush Shipping..
Drop Shipping
We offer drop shipping to U.S. Addresses only for
a $5 charge in addition to UPS Charges on all orders
drop shipped directly to your customers. If you provide
us with your e-mail address, you will receive the tracking
number as soon as the package is shipped. Your company's
shipping information will appear on the packaging as the
"ship from" company.
International Orders
We are currently accepting customers from CANADA,
the U.K. AUSTRAILIA and NEW ZEALAND only. Customers
outside the US need to place a $300.00 opening order to
open account. Initial Orders must be pre-paid by
wire transfer, money order or credit card. Reorders for
International accounts must be $150.00 minimum or a $20
processing charge will be added due to the extensive documentation
needed for exporting. We use the United States Post Office
or UPS for shipping orders internationally.
